Every effort is made when packing your order to ensure you receive them in pristine condition, although, if you experience any defaults/damages, please contact us via the contact form and we will advise how we can give you our best help.
In some instances, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on circumstances. Please note, this is only valid for 27 days after the day of purchase. After this date we cannot offer any replacements or refunds.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene purposes, we do not currently offer returns.

Delivery
Due to our products being handmade and having a team of 1, sometimes there can be slight delays, in these circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like us to update you on the progress of your parcel.
Below are details of shipping times, this is the time after being dispatched. Please leave an additional 5 days for dispatch.
United Kingdom:
Standard - Royal Mail 48 Tracked
Express - Royal Mail 24 Tracked
For both of these options you will receive tracking via your contact number and email.
Ireland :
International Standard - 3-5 business days
International Tracked - 3-5 business day
US, Canada, Netherlands & Australia:
Economy - 15-80 business days
International Standard - 6-7 business days
International Tracked - 6-7 business days
Rest of World:
Standard Shipping: 6-7 business days
IMPORTANT: If you do not select tracking at checkout, you will not be covered if your parcel gets lost in the post and we will not refund you or send a replacement.
